Don't Be That Guy!

Hi ,My Tom got two business messages today that I found entertaining. The first was from a fellow who has been in Amway sense 1975. He was writing to complain about the fact that in all the home businesses he's tried, his retention rate has been 1 in 75.But I have this hot new deal and you should join me.DON'T BE THAT GUY! Anyone who has been in a profitable business like Amway (they had their biggest year ever last year), for 39 years is either not trainable, just wants their products at cost or doesn't want to do the work it takes to be successful. Either way, don't use the fact that you've been unsuccessful for 39 years in one deal to sell another one. How do I know he's unsuccessful? Would you be looking for a new deal if your current gig was making more then enough? And that bit about a 1 in 75 retention rate: he didn't say how many home businesses he's tried but it's folks like him that create those numbers. Everyone wants to make sure their not being scammed.
